Aim to cook as much fish as you can before the timer runs out! 

Once a fish is fully cooked it will turn golden, and the longer it sits in the pan, the more cooking time you gain when you decide to serve it. Flavour points!

The longer a fish cooks, the tastier it will be. And don't worry, the fish can't burn, they just get a lil' crispy. Don't forget, air time is the best seasoning!
